Many of our transactions result from representing buyers on an exclusive basis. The property may, or may not be, actively on the market for sale. A large number of our clients are not comfortable calling competitors or acquaintances who own businesses, after learning from whatever source, the owners are considering a sale.
Oftentimes a buyer will contact us to discreetly approach the owner of a property in which they have interest. With the strictest confidentiality, we obtain all information and further assist with contracting, identifying finance and closing the acquisition.
In addition, we represent buyers on an ongoing basis who are searching for properties/offerings which may not be actively “on” the market for sale, but are still available for purchase. Numerous transactions have been consummated before the property ever reached the open market.
